Getting Started with Pick and Collect

Help

We start from the premise that not everyone was born with a computer or tablet in hand. That’s why we designed and programmed our Pick and Collect app to be as user-friendly as possible.

And to make your life even easier, we provide guidance so that even those who are computer-averse can feel completely comfortable with our products.

13. Fifth and final step in this getting started process: complete your first offer by clicking on the name of the offer you just created.

14. Select the products that will be part of your offer.
During this getting started process, there is only one product available: the one you just created. However, in the future, you can choose from all the products you have created. Let’s detail the columns:

  • Checkmark: Check the box next to the product you want to add to your offer.
  • Product: The name of each product created by you.
  • Unit Price/Unit: By default, the displayed price and unit are the ones you determined when creating the product. However, you can modify them in whole or in part for this offer. For example, the strawberry containers, which you usually sell for 4.5€ each, can be offered at 8€/kg as part of this offer.

  • Average weight: In some cases, it can be challenging to determine an exact price. Take chicken breasts, for example. You might sell them individually, but not all chicken breasts will have the same weight. The price calculated online will be approximate, and the customer will pay the actual price when they come to the store. In such cases, you can indicate an average weight of 150g, knowing that it might range between 135g and 170g.
  • Initial available stock: The stock you offer for sale when creating this offer.
  • Already ordered: Pick and Collect keeps you updated on what you have already sold as confirmed orders.
  • Low stock from: Specify from what stock level you want the “Only … left” message to appear.
  • Promotion: Check this box if you want to show your customers that this item is on sale.
  • Department: The name of the department to which your product is attached.

Then, you have three buttons to choose from:

  1. Save: Save your product selection.
  2. Cancel changes: Clear your selection and filled fields to start over.
  3. Exit without saving: Leave this page without saving your selection and filled fields.
