Purchase Pick and Collect
We start from the premise that not everyone was born with a computer or tablet in hand. That’s why we designed and programmed our Pick and Collect app to be as user-friendly as possible.
And to make your life even easier, we provide guidance so that even those who are computer-averse can feel completely comfortable with our products.
Because everyone has their own reading preferences, we offer you two choices for this assistance:

1. Purchase of the "Pick and Collect" APP

1. Select the “Pricing” menu to explore our subscription options for Pick and Collect.

2. Upon reaching the “Pricing” page, two options are available to you.
The first option is a monthly subscription, and the second is an annual subscription with an even more attractive price. In both cases, we offer you a 1-month FREE trial so that you can see if our Pick and Collect APP suits your needs.
Below, you’ll find an “Additional Services” button that might interest you if you desire a professional logo, a brochure, a customized website, etc.

3. Confirm your choice by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. As a reminder, we offer you a 1-month FREE trial so you can see if our Pick and Collect APP suits your needs.

4. Click on the “View Cart” button to see the summary of your order. Or click on the “Checkout” button to go directly to the area where you enter your billing information.

5. If you have received a promo code, enter it here and your total will adjust when you click the “Apply Promo Code” button.
You will notice that your total to pay is… 0€. This is normal because your first month is FREE. So, you will be charged for your first monthly subscription fee 1 month later (as indicated).
If everything looks good, click on the “Place Order” button.

6. Enter your billing details.
Your VAT number will be verified and confirmed as valid with European authorities.
Then, click on the “Next” button.

7. If you wish to provide additional information, do so here. If you have nothing to communicate, leave this space empty.

8. Even if the amount to pay is 0€, this summary page reminds you of the monthly amount of 45€ that will be charged after the FREE trial month.
- Credit cards accepted
- Enter your credit card number
- Enter the expiration date of your card (mm/yy)
- Enter the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card
- Check the acceptance of our general terms and conditions
- Complete your order by clicking on the “Order” button

9. There you go, your purchase is complete and an email containing instructions for installing your Pick and Collect has just been sent to you (email details in point 11).
If you click on the “View” button, you will see the summary page of your subscription described in the next point.

10. The summary page of your subscription describes its content and summarizes everything you need to know about it.
If you ever want to cancel your Pick and Collect subscription, you can simply go to your subscription area and click the “Cancel” button. If you have changed your credit card, click on the “Edit Payment” button next to it, or go to the “Payment Method” menu to enter your new card.
For your first payment (after the FREE one-month trial period), you will receive your invoice by email. This process will continue for each monthly billing period. Additionally, you can download your invoices at any time from your subscription area by clicking the “Invoice” button for each invoiced period.
The “Invoice” button does not appear during your initial purchase because the amount is €0.

11. Details of the email you received:
- A brief overview of what to expect during the installation of your Pick and Collect.
- A button to start creating your online store.
- Your purchase… which is €0 because the first month is FREE. And finally, your billing address.
